Team Leader
All Kitchen & Service PositionsAs a Team Leader you play a key role in assisting the management team. You are counted on to be a role model for service, standards and your commitment to great team member and guest experiences.
Team leaders assist in orienting, training and cross training team members, coordinating position assignments, ensuring smooth shift transitions, and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and food safety throughout the operation. As needed, they may open or close the restaurant, and may supervise independently or as back up to the duty manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous leadership experience, excellent interpersonal skills, well rounded knowledge of service and food preparation standards.
